Feature
1. Drying viscous materials: The lower part of the drier is cone structure with a broken device together with the washing of wall by the air flow, which can handle a certain viscous materials. According to different materials, the feeder and discharger can take different forms, can be achieved the requirements of automatic and continuous feeding and smooth out of the material.
2. Drying heat-sensitive materials: Due to the short drying time, the relative speed of the materials and the hot air is large, and the hottest air not direct contact with the dried material. It can be used to deal with heat-sensitive materials.
3. Drying strength: The materials in the drying process have been broken, scoured, impacted, that increasing the surface area. At the same time, the hottest air hasn’t direct contact with the dried materials; therefore the inlet temperature can be higher than the melting point of materials. The higher of the inlet temperature equal to the more intensity of the drying equipment.
4. Effective controlling of the moisture and end fineness of the materials: Through the inside settings of the drier (swirl films, elutriate ring or screener), and coordinating with the inlet air temperature, can effectively controlled the moisture and end fineness of the materials.
