Principle of work
Animal blood High Speed centrifugal Spray Dryer with touch screen is gas-liquid co-current flow drying equipment, using high-speed centrifugal atomizer, the liquid will be atomized into fine droplets, then mix with the hot air from the distributor in the dryer, heat and mass transfer exchanges rapidly during the mixing process. In a very short period of time the liquid become dry powdered products. Production control and product quality control is convenient and reliable. It is widely used in the drying production of different types of liquids materials.
Features
1.Fine droplets are dried in the drying camber by supplying hot air through the inlet.
2.The surface of the liquid drop is dried immediately to form a tough shell.
3.Further the liquid inside must escape by diffusing through the shell at a particular rate.
4.At the same time heat transfer from outside to inside takes place at a rate greater than liquid diffusion rate.
5.As a result heat inside mounts up which allows the liquid to evaporates at faster rate.

Spray Drying Stages
1. Atomizing: by atomizer, feed liquid is dispersed into even fog drops.
2. Contact of fog drops and hot air: through air distributor, hot air enters into drying chamber, fully mixing with fog drops and moves at a certain rule(the contact way can be co-current flow, adverse current, mixed flow)
3. Drying process: fog drops has big surface area, and appears obvious ”grades” to hot air both in temperature and humidity, thus strengthen the transmission process of “plastid caloric” moisture of fog drops is evaporated very quick(within seconds to tens of seconds)
