DESCRIPTION
Dual counter-rotating shafts with unique intermeshing hollow wedge-shaped paddles produce intimate mixing, optimize heat transfer, and provide a self-cleaning feature. A large heat transfer area to volume ratio is achieved by the use of hollow paddles and a jacketed vessel, through which the heating medium flows. The result is an efficient, compact machine with less space requirements and lower installation cost.
FEATURES
1. The thermal efficiency reaches as high as 80%-90%. Heat transfer coefficient K is 100-300Kcai/h.m2°C. Evaporation capacity is 10-30Kcai/h.m2.
2. Operation method: support continuous operation and batch operation, support vacuum drying for thermal sensitive material and normal drying. Support heating, evaporating and cooling.
3. Heating resource: heat conducting oil, steam, water, hot air and cooling fluid.
4. Special structure of oar blade with large heating area. The unit volume is small.
5. Heating area is large in unit volume.
6. It is widely used for organic and inorganic substance, granule material, sticky material and the material with high water content.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
JYG Series New Type Hollow Paddle Dryer for Industrial Sludge is a kind of conduction heating and low rotating speed-stirring type drier. There is jacket on the body of drier, hollow oar blade on the hollow shaft, filling heating medium in them, wet material is stirred by oar blade and carries on heat exchange with shaft and oar blade. The structure of machine is generally horizontal type with two or four shafts.
HEAT SOURCES(Temperature at 180℃ - 250℃)
Heating by Steam
Steam enters the hollow shaft through a rotary joint and is evenly distributed to all paddles. Condensate is removed with each revolution.
Heating by Hot Oil(thermal fluid)
Hot oil(thermal fluid) enters and exits the hollow shaft through a rotary joint. Pressure from the supply pump forces liquid through the hollow paddles.
