Application
LPG Series foodstuff High Speed centrifugal Spray Drier for liquid drying is widely used in the liquid technology shaping and in the drying industry. It is most suitable for producing powdered or granular solid products from liquid state materials such as solution, emulsion, suspension, and pumpable pastes. So, when the size distribution, residual water contents, stacking density and shape of final products must reach a certain precision standard, the spray drying is one of the most desired technologies.
Principle of work
Filtered air is transferred into hot air by passing through the heater, and goes into the hot air distributor on the top of the dryer, then goes into the drying room evenly,. At the same time, liquid materials are sent to the centrifugal atomizer on the top of dryer by the screw pump with stepless speed regulator, atomized into tiny droplets which will contact hot air, then dried into dry product within shortest time. The finished products will be discharged from the bottom of the drying tower and from Cyclone separator. Waste air is exhausted by Induced draft fan.
Features
1. Fast drying speed. Liquid material after atomization will increase its surface area largely and can be evaporated its moisture 95%~98% instantly in the hot air flow so as to finish drying within 5 to 15 seconds. It is specially suitable for drying of heat sensitive raw materials.

Spray Drying Stages
1. Atomizing: by atomizer, feed liquid is dispersed into even fog drops.
2. Contact of fog drops and hot air: through air distributor, hot air enters into drying chamber, fully mixing with fog drops and moves at a certain rule(the contact way can be co-current flow, adverse current, mixed flow)
3. Drying process: fog drops has big surface area, and appears obvious ”grades” to hot air both in temperature and humidity, thus strengthen the transmission process of “plastid caloric” moisture of fog drops is evaporated very quick(within seconds to tens of seconds)
